- Reservations are non-transferrable. No exceptions.
- Cancellations prior to August 16, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund minus a $125 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to September 1, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund minus a $125 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 31, 2026. No exceptions.
