1. Reservations are non-transferrable. No exceptions.
2. Cancellations prior to August 1, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund minus a $99 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to August 16, 2024, will be eligible for a 50% refund minus a $99 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 15, 2024. No exceptions.
