1. Reservations are non-transferrable. No exceptions.
2. Cancellations prior to March 1, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund minus a $99 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to April 1, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% refund minus a $99 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 31, 2025. No exceptions.
3. Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. Here is an example of one: https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/. It is up to attendees to make sure the coverage is what they need/want.
