NOTE: As a non-profit organization, all event reservation fees collected support our mission of fostering community, empowering women in the outdoors, and providing accessible hiking opportunities. By reserving a spot for an event, you agree to the following:

Reservation & Refunds Policy

• Reservations are non-transferable. Meaning, they can not be transferred to another person nor can they be transferred to another event.
• Cancellations on or before September 10, 2026:  Full refund minus a $10 convenience fee.
• Cancellations after September 10, 2026:  No refunds.
• The Women’s Wine Hiking Society reserves the right to cancel this event due to weather or other concerns. Should this event be canceled, Wine Hiking Society will give participants a credit toward a future event.

Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to our refund policy.  It is your responsibility to confirm your availability before booking.
