NOTE: As a non-profit organization, all day hike reservation fees collected support our mission of fostering community, empowering women in the outdoors, and providing accessible hiking opportunities. By reserving a spot for a day hike event, you agree to the following:

Reservation & Refunds Policy

• Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or applied to another event.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable.
• The Women’s Wine Hiking Society reserves the right to cancel an event due to weather or other unforeseen concerns. If an event is canceled, participants will receive a credit toward a future event.

Where Your $5 Donation Goes

1. Community Support: 20% of all day hike donations are allocated to a charity that supports and promotes women in the outdoors. For 2026, we are proud to contribute to SheJumps, a nonprofit organization that creates educational outdoor experiences for girls 6 and up who have never participated in outdoor activities. The organization also gives women 18 and up an opportunity to share their passion through volunteer opportunities.
2. Website Hosting and Maintenance: Your donations help cover the costs of our website, ensuring that attendees can participate without relying on social media platforms.
3. Ambassador Appreciation: Contributions support gifts and recognition for our ambassadors who are volunteers and dedicate their time to hosting and organizing events.
4. Non-Profit Administration: A portion of the donations goes toward necessary administrative fees to keep our organization running smoothly.
