What to Expect after Reserving Your Spot
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t see a confirmation? Check your junk folder. Not there either? E-mail us at admin@winehikingsociety.com!
- Approximately 60 days before the event, you will receive an additional email requesting you fill out our attendee information form. It’s important that you fill this out quickly so we can customize your swag bag and learn more about you!
- Around 30 days before the event, you’ll receive important information, such as the full itinerary and our trip-specific packing checklist.
- Two weeks before the the event, you will be asked to join a private WhatsApp group chat with the other event attendees so carpools can be arranged (if desired) and for easier communication regarding any last minutes items or updates.

Daytime temperatures can range between 80°F to 51°F (14-21°C), with overnight lows dropping to low 30s (-1°C).

Travel Insurance
Attendees should purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of an unforeseeable circumstance or illness that interferes with your ability to join this getaway. It is up to attendees to ensure the travel insurance includes the coverage they need/want.

Reservations are non-transferrable. Cancellations prior to August 1, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund less a $99 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to August 16, 2024, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $99 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 15, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.
