Watercolors, Wine and Waterfalls – Slow and Easy

Ready to hit the trails but not up for a long hike? Join us for a short hike to a waterfall where we will drink wine and eat snacks while WHS Ambassador Melissa West teaches you to paint a watercolor version of the waterfall! No painting skills or tools needed.
If you registered for our 2023 Wine Hiking Society Hiking Challenge this hike qualifies as a waterfall hike & a WHS day hike (two for one). Want to join the challenge? Sign up here!
TRAIL RATING: Easy (121 feet of elevation gain)
LENGTH: 0.6 miles RT
CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from team@winehikingsociety.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

GEAR:
- The Ten Essentials
- Proper clothing / layers for spring hiking conditions
- Proper footwear
- Water and trail snacks
- Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
- Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
Little Cottonwood Canyon is a watershed are so please leave your four-legged friends at home.
