What to Expect after Reserving Your Spot

- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t see a confirmation? Check your junk folder. Not there either? E-mail us at admin@winehikingsociety.com!
- Approximately 60 days before the event, you will receive an additional email requesting you fill out our attendee information form. It’s important that you fill this out quickly so we can customize your swag bag and learn more about you!
- Around 45 days before the event, you will be asked to join a private WhatsApp group chat with the other event attendees so carpools can be arranged (if desired) and for easier communication regarding any last minute items or updates.
- Around 30 days before the event, you’ll receive important information, such as the full itinerary and our trip-specific packing checklist.

It is up to attendees to ensure the travel insurance includes the coverage they need/want.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-transferrable. Cancellations prior to August 1, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund less a $125 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to September 1, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $125 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 31, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.
