About This Event
Lace up your hiking boots and grab your bottle of bubbly to celebrate National Take a Hike Day with Ambassador Melanie!
We will take a stroll near Travertine Creek, enjoy the views, and toast to the friendships we have made along the trails.
TRAIL RATING: Easy (154 feet of elevation gain)
LENGTH: 2.8 miles RT
CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from [email protected] about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

GEAR:
- The Ten Essentials
- Proper clothing / layers for fall weather & conditions
- Proper footwear
- Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
- Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
- Water and trail snacks
