Embark on a winter adventure like no other! Join WHS ambassador Sam Clowers, for a short yet steep ascent, leading you to an enchanting waterfall that transforms into a mesmerizing frozen winter wonder.

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,105 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 2.4 miles RT

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from daviswebercounty.whs@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

GEAR:

• Proper clothing / layers for winter weather and hiking conditions
• Proper footwear
• Micro spikes depending on conditions (available to rent for $12, please e-mail admin@winehikingsociety.com to reserve)

• Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
• Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
