4th Annual Oktoberfest ~ Wine Hiker Style!

Come and be part of the 4th Annual Oktoberfest celebration hosted by WHS co-founders, Cindy and Angelique!

First, we’ll hike lakes Mary, Martha & Catherine via the Brighton Lakes Trail! After the hike, we’ll celebrate Oktoberfest with a tailgate in Brighton Resort’s main parking lot! Join us for the hike, tailgate, or both!

Because let’s be honest, who needs a special reason to enjoy a fantastic tailgate? We’ve got the food covered, so all you need to do is bring your favorite stein and brew. Come eat, drink, be merry (and do the chicken dance) at this festive event that’s sure to become a favorite of yours.

Hike Details (10 AM – 2 PM)

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,243 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 4.4 miles RT

GEAR:

Proper clothing / layers for fall hiking conditions
Proper footwear
Water and trail snacks
Hiking poles (optional but recommended)

Tailgate Details (2 PM – 5 PM)

Favorite beer & stein (or beverage of choice)

Big Cottonwood is a watershed area, so four-legged friends must to stay home.

EVENT CARPOOLING: For carpooling options, watch for an email from admin@winehikingsociety.com about one week before the event.
