Nicole Eubanks
Originally from New Jersey, Nicole attended college in New York City before working in international business across Europe. She moved to Colorado 22 years ago, trading the beach for the mountains, where she found her love for hiking and camping.
Nicole has dedicated her career to empowering women and girls. She began at Girl Scouts of Colorado and now serves as the Chief Development Officer for Friendship Bridge, connecting people to their mission of empowering women in Guatemala through microfinance, education, and health services.
In her free time, Nicole loves hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband, their two daughters, and their rescue dog. She’s climbed a 14er, completed the Inca Trail in Peru, and is in her second year of the 52 Hike Challenge. For Nicole, hiking offers a space for self-reflection, peace, and healthy exercise, and she’s excited to bring that passion to the Women’s Wine Hiking Society!
