This cost of this women-only adventure on the Camino is per person and includes

- Airport transfer to your hotel on day 1
- Transportation between different destinations as part of the itinerary from day 2 to day 9
- Luggage transport during the stages (1 piece of 20kg per person)
- Pilgrim’s Passport
- Comfortable accommodations each night at 3-star hotels and, while on the Camino, welcoming local guesthouses
- Local guide to provide insights and information about the places visited
- Breakfast each morning, with dinners provided on select days as specified in the itinerary
- Group transfer to the airport on day 9

*When booking flights, your arrival must be Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport in Porto, Portugal (OPO) and your departure must be Santiago de Compostela, Spain (SCQ).

What to Expect after Reserving Your Spot
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t see a confirmation? Check your junk folder. Not there either? E-mail us at admin@winehikingsociety.com!
- Approximately 120 days before the event, we’ll create a WhatsApp chat to coordinate travel and do attendee introductions.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including emergency medical and trip cancellation coverage, to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances or illness that may prevent you from joining the getaway.
It is up to attendees to ensure the travel insurance they purchase includes the coverage they need/want.

Cancellation Policy*
The trip will be confirmed once 10 bookings have been made. If the trip is not confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
Once the trip is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:
- The deposit is strictly non-refundable
- Cancellations made 120+ days prior to the departure date: loss of deposit
- Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to departure: 50% non-refundable
- Cancellations made 89-0 days prior to departure: 100% non-refundable
