About This Event

This moderately challenging hike has all the views. We will see off to Morgan County with views of Ogden Valley and Pineview reservoir in the distance!

If you registered for our 2024 Wine Hiking Society Hiking Challenge this hike qualifies as a peak hike and/or a WHS day hike event.

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,305 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 7.1 miles RT

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from daviswebercounty.whs@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

• Proper clothing / layers for summer weather and hiking conditions
• Proper footwear
• Water and trail snacks
• Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
• Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
