About the Texas Hill Country Getaway

Join the Wine Hiking Society and other fun, like-minded women for a weekend getaway to Texas Hill Country! Over the course of 5 days and 4 nights, we’ll hike Texas state parks, explore Texas Wine Country in Fredericksburg, and keep it weird with a day trip to Austin.

We’ve done all of the planning and have included everything. You just have to get yourself to Texas and be ready for a good time in the Lone Star State!

Cost is per person and includes

• Shuttle to and from the San Antonio International Airport*
• Accommodations for 5 days / 4 nights**
• Ground transportation for entire getaway
• Continental breakfast each morning

* WHS has rented a shuttle that will leave the San Antonio International Airport at 2:40 PM CST on Thursday, Nov. 3 and depart the rental house at 9:15 AM CST on Monday, Nov. 7. Please book your flights accordingly. If you miss the shuttle or book a flight that prohibits you from catching the shuttle at the times mentioned, you will be responsible for you own ground transportation to and/or from Fredericksburg.

**WHS has rented a 6 bedroom / 5.5 bath home with a private pool located in the heart of the Fredericksburg, TX. You get to pick your own room and room type!  No sharing a bed!

Price ranges from $1,949 – $2,199 and is based on the room and bed type you select.

Cancellations prior to August 16, 2022, will be eligible for a full refund less a $75 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to September 16, 2022, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 15, 2022.

Cost does not include:

• Airfare

Recommended Flights to/from San Antonio (SAT) from/to Salt Lake City (SLC): 

• Departure: Delta Flight 2434 – Leaves SLC at 9:48 AM and arrives at 1:29 PM in SAT
• Return Flight: Delta Flight 1257 – Leaves SAT at 12:10 PM and arrives at 2:11 PM in SLC
