Join us for a fun book exchange event at HK Brewing (Han’s Kombucha), a women-owned hard kombucha business located in Salt Lake City! Enjoy HK Brewing’s handcrafted, delicious hard kombucha as you browse books, meet fellow wine hiker book enthusiasts, and share your favorite reads.(Bonus: Tuesdays are $5 pint nights!)

Not big on booch? No worries! HK Brewing has wine, cocktails, and other drinks on tap from local brewers, such as T.F. Brewing and Second Summit Hard Cider Co.! HK Brewing also offers small bites, like empanadas, hummus and pita, and a cheese spread–all from local vendors.

It’s a perfect evening to relax, socialize, and discover your next great read. So, bring some books and take some books!

About Han’s Kombucha

Han’s Kombucha started with a love of kombucha and a desire to share the healthy goodness with her community. Hannah (aka Han) started brewing kombucha in the closet of her dorm. As her prized SCOBY grew, she began sharing her brew with friends. Word quickly spread, and soon Han realized this was a wonderful way to apply her U of U Public Health degree in order to benefit the community in a meaningful and positive way.

In November of 2018, Han sold her very first booch batch to a local tea shop. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for her product has allowed Han’s Kombucha to grow throughout Salt Lake City and beyond.
