About This Event
A great after work hike, this trail winds through aspen trees and wild flowers to get to two beautiful alpine lakes.
TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,118 feet of elevation gain)
LENGTH: 5.1 miles RT
CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from team@winehikingsociety.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

GEAR:
- The Ten Essentials
- Proper clothing / layers for hiking conditions
- Proper footwear
- Water and trail snacks
- Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
- Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
This trail goes through a watershed area where dogs are not allowed to please leave your four-legged friends at home.
