About This Event
Want to make a visible impact while spending time outdoors with an amazing group of women? Join Community Service Ambassador Alison Bond as we partner with UDOT to help keep Emigration Canyon beautiful.
We’ll spend the morning walking a section of roadway, enjoying canyon views, fresh air, and good company while removing litter that doesn’t belong in this beautiful landscape. By the end of the day, mile markers 2–6 may just become the cleanest stretch of highway in Utah and we’ll have the satisfaction of knowing we made it happen.
Come for the fresh air, stay for the camaraderie, and leave knowing you’ve helped make Utah a little more beautiful.
TRAIL RATING: Easy
LENGTH: ~4 miles RT
CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from volunteering.whs@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination. This email will include a link to join a private WhatsApp chat for carpool coordination and last-minute event updates.
LOCATION: TBD
NOTE: Gloves, trash bags, safety vests, and trash grabbers will be provided.
