Dress in cozy layers and join co-founder Angelique Fish in Old Town Midvale for some deliciously crafted caffeinated drinks and some unbelievable street art.

Nestled in the heart of Midvale City, the Midvale Main Arts & Culture District is a vibrant gathering spot that is home to more than 50 colorful murals. Stroll and sip as Angelique takes you on a tour, where you’ll learn about the different artists and the inspiration behind the murals on Midvale’s Main.

We’ve partnered with Tres Gatos Coffee for this event. Located on Main Street, Tres Gatos Coffee is a woman-owned business known for it’s deliciously crafted caffeinated drinks. This event includes one 16 oz drink. Choose from a fun menu specially curated for our group. (Menu to be sent the week of the event.)

Meet Breck King, Owner of Tres Gatos Coffee

Owning a coffee shop was never on Breck’s bingo card for life. When Breck’s brother, original owner of Tres Gatos Coffee, had to step away due to health issues, Breck took over and thought the business wouldn’t last more than a year. She said, “I thought, I’ll give it my best and it’ll crash and burn in a year.”

And yet, six years later, Tres Gatos Coffee is a lively, thriving shop built on good drinks, a lot of fun, and really good people.

As the woman behind the caffeine, Breck has turned Tres Gatos Coffee into a place that feels less like a coffee shop and more like your favorite pair of jeans: comfortable, familiar, and a place you actually want to hang out in.

Breck views success as taking care of her team, supporting local creatives and businesses, and making sure Tres Gatos Coffee never takes itself too seriously.

As Breck says, “I work alongside the hardest-working baristas who love to laugh at ourselves, have fun, make something we are proud of, and always leave room for a little trouble. Because apparently owning a coffee shop isn’t enough chaos on its own.”
