About This Event

Celebrate the 4th with us on our 3rd Annual Red, White, & Hike!

This feel-good trail offers a gentle, shaded climb as we make our way up to beautiful Silver Lake, followed by a scenic descent down the Last Chance and Silver Dollar ski trails.

We’ll top it all off with a festive toast featuring Patriotic Pops… because no holiday hike is complete without a little fun (and flavor) along the way.

Come for the views, stay for the vibes, and celebrate the holiday with your trail crew!

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,000 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 5.7 miles RT

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from summitcounty.whs@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination, which will include a link to join a private WhatsApp chat for carpool coordination and last-minute event updates.
