About This Event

This intermediate hike climbs above Ogden Canyon to a scenic overlook with sweeping views into the canyon and the Wasatch Front beyond.

Late May brings green hillsides, dry trail conditions, and ideal spring temperatures.

Expect steady miles, photo-worthy views, and a relaxed, celebratory moment to enjoy together at the overlook.

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,033 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 5.5 miles RT

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from daviswebercounty.whs@gmail.com about 5–7 days before the event, which will include a link to join a private WhatsApp chat for carpool coordination and last-minute event
