About This Event
Observing the moon has been a simple yet profound practice embraced by cultures around the world for centuries. Many have associated the moon with mysticism, romance, and magic, and it continues to capture our imagination to this day. But moon gazing isn’t just about mystical vibes—it offers a treasure trove of benefits for both body and mind!
Join us for a moonlit snowshoe adventure through the stunning forest and meadow views of Spruces’ groomed Nordic trails. We’ll delve into the moon’s connection to mysticism and discuss health habits that help us, as women, stay in sync with its rhythms. We’ll finish off the night with a cozy tailgate firepit and mulled wine!
