About This Event

This trail leads to a few pristine alpine lakes, and climbs through amazing aspen trees. Parking often fills up, so carpools will be arranged and required.

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,236 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 4.9 miles RT

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from [email protected] about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

GEAR:

• The Ten Essentials
• Proper clothing / layers for weather and hiking conditions
• Proper footwear
• Water and trail snacks
• Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
• Hiking poles (optional but recommended)

This trail runs through a watershed area and dogs are not allowed, please leave your four-legged friends at home for this one.
