No. UT: Antics on Antelope Island ~ Age 50+ Hike

About This Event

The 50+ crew will take full advantage of the season to enjoy a bug-free hike out where the deer and the Antelope (and Bison play).

This hike has some distance but the low elevation keeps it chill!

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (721 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 7.4 miles RT

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from [email protected] about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

GEAR:

• The Ten Essentials
• Proper clothing / layers for weather & conditions
• Proper footwear
• Micro spikes depending on conditions (available to rent for $12, please e-mail [email protected] to reserve)
• Water and trail snacks
• Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
• Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
• State Park Pass + $2 causeway fee or $15 per vehicle up to 8 people

Your four-legged friend(s) are welcome on this hike but must be kept on leash.
