About This Women-Only Camping Trip near Moab, UT

It can be hard to find friends who like to do things outdoors. This is especially true when it comes to sleeping outdoors. If you want to do more camping but don’t have anyone to go with, now you do! Join Wine Hiking Society co-founders Angelique and Cindy Vance  for a fun-filled 4-day/3-night camping trip near Moab, Utah, in our own private canyon!

• Group campsite with spectacular views of the Colorado River Canyon
  • Site includes fire grates, picnic tables, vault toilets, and shaded shelter
• Pre-planned 4-day itinerary full of easy to moderate hikes, team building activities, and sisterhood
• Brats and burgers* with all the fixings, salad, & s’mores the first night

• Entrance and parking fees at hiking locations

Your four-legged friends are welcome at this campout, but they must be friendly toward other dogs and humans.

What to Expect after Reserving Your Spot

1. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t see a confirmation? Check your junk folder. Not there either? E-mail us at admin@winehikingsociety.com!
2. Around 30 days before the event, you’ll receive an invitation to join the trip’s WhatsApp chat along with important information, such as a full itinerary, and our trip-specific packing checklist.
3. Around 2 weeks before the event, we’ll have a WhatsApp planning meeting to discuss camp gear sharing and carpooling for the Salt Lake City area.

Please note that weather conditions in the Moab area can be unpredictable and are entirely beyond our control. We carefully select dates that historically offer favorable conditions, but nature always has the final say.

In the unlikely event that weather or environmental factors make the original location unsafe or inaccessible, an alternate location will be selected. No refunds will be issued due to relocation of the event.

Your understanding and flexibility help us ensure a safe and memorable experience for all participants.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to read “THINGS TO NOTE” on the reservation page before signing up for this event, which includes the following:

Reservations are non-transferable. Cancellations prior to January 16, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund less a $50 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to February 16, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $50 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 15, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.
