Get ready to hike your way to happiness at Donut Falls, where the only thing sweeter than the trail is the sip of a mimosa. It’s the perfect combination of donut dreams and bubbly bliss.

This adventure is perfect for a chill Saturday morning that will get you out in fresh air and start off your weekend nice and sweet.

TRAIL RATING: Easy (538 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 3.1 miles RT

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from slcounty.whs@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

GEAR:

• The Ten Essentials
• Proper clothing / layers for winter weather and hiking conditions
• Proper footwear
• Micro spikes depending on conditions (available to rent for $12, please e-mail admin@winehikingsociety.com to reserve)
• Water and trail snacks
• Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
• Hiking poles (optional but recommended)

Big Cottonwood Canyon is a watershed area and dogs are not allowed. Please leave your four-legged friends at home.

Will update trail conditions and if snowshoes are needed closer to event.
