GA Sav: Pinot at Priests Landing Trail

Join ambassador Aimee Stevens on this easy hike on the Priests Landing Trail on Skidaway Island and learn more about the Women’s Wine Hiking Society and what we do. Maybe you want to enjoy your favorite wine when we stop along the trail for snacks and your beverage of choice. (Bring your own and no glass containers please! Check out this plastic wine carafe instead.)

We will go rain or shine so please dress appropriately, and we always recommend boots or athletic shoes with good tread. Our Dog Ambassador, Mooney, will be joining us as well. Feel free to bring your well-behaved, leashed dog on this hike.

TRAIL RATING: Easy (72 feet of elevation gain)

LENGTH: 7.4 miles RT

CARPOOLING:  Watch for an email from georgia.whsambassador@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination. This email will include a link to join a private WhatsApp chat for carpool coordination and last-minute event updates.

• Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
• Bug spray
• Sunscreen
