About This Event
A trail lined with the wildflowers of spring will guide us from the Ensign Peak trailhead up to Dude Benchmark. This hike includes everything from gentle rolling hills to steep (but short) climbs. If the workout doesn’t take your breath away, the views will! This route is a piecemeal of several trails, and Ambassador Karen Leonard will get you there and back.
TRAIL RATING: Hard (2,733 ft. of elevation gain) – To join this hard hike, you should be able to average 30-minute miles. While we don’t leave anyone behind, it is important to know your capabilities. That way, you do not put yourself or anyone else in danger. If this hike isn’t for you, no worries! We have lots of awesome hikes that are rated easy and moderate. Search for one here.
LENGTH: 12 miles RT
