We get it, not everyone wants to e-bike, sup/kayak or want transportation and meals provided! So, to save you money, we’ll let you decide what you want to include in your getaway!

- Ground transportation for the entire weekend including pick-up and drop-off from the Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) *
- All meals from when we pick you up at the airport until we drop you off

What to Expect after Reserving Your Spot to Bend, Oregon
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t see a confirmation? Check your junk folder. Not there either? E-mail us at admin@winehikingsociety.com!
- Approximately 60 days before the event, you will receive an additional email requesting you fill out our attendee information form. It’s important that you fill this out quickly so we can customize your swag bag and learn more about you!
- Around 30 days before the event, you’ll receive important information, such as the full itinerary and our trip-specific packing checklist.
- One week before the the event, you will receive a group text message with the other event attendees so we can communicate any last minutes items or updates.

Weather Prediction
Daytime temperatures can range between 73°F to 82°F (23-28°C), with overnight lows dropping to mid 40s (7°C).

Travel Insurance
Attendees should purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event unforeseeable circumstance or if an illness comes up that interfere with your ability to join this getaway. It is up to attendees to ensure the travel insurance includes the coverage they need/want.

Reservations are non-transferrable. Cancellations prior to April 1, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund less a $125 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to May 1, 2024, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $125 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 30, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.
