About This Event
The shadiest, most refreshing hike in Davis County!
Deuel Creek Trail follows the creek the entire way through a cool canyon, crossing 12 bridges and passing a rope swing — yes, we WILL be swinging on it, yes, it holds adults, and yes, there will be photos.
Finish at a hidden waterfall, where we’ll crack open something cold and toast to a perfect summer morning!

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,207 feet of elevation gain)
LENGTH: 4 miles RT
CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from daviswebercounty.whs@gmail.com about 5–7 days before the event, which will include a link to join a private WhatsApp chat for carpool coordination and last-minute event

- Proper footwear
- Water shoes
- Water and trail snacks
- Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
- Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
Your four-legged friends are welcome as long as they are friendly towards humans and other pups!
