About This Event
Anticipating a wonder-filled day on Antelope Island with the 50+ crew! Let’s kick off the holiday season with a little “me” time—sharing warm cheer and happy laughs with friends.
We’ll enjoy a beautiful hike with stunning views and maybe even catch a glimpse of some holiday bison. What could be better?

TRAIL RATING: Moderate (1,023 feet of elevation gain)
LENGTH: 6.8 miles RT
CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from [email protected] about 5–7 days before the event, which will include a link to join a private WhatsApp chat for carpool coordination and last-minute event updates.

GEAR:
- The Ten Essentials
- Proper clothing / layers for weather & conditions
- Proper footwear
- Micro-spikes, depending on conditions (available to rent for $12, please e-mail [email protected] to reserve)
- Water and trail snacks
- Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
- Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
Your four-legged friends are welcome on this hike but must be on-leash and friendly towards other dogs and humans!
