• Airport transfer to the hotel on the day of arrival and to the airport on day of departure
• Transportation between different destinations as part of the itinerary

• Some meals, which may include breakfast, lunch, or dinner on certain days, as specified in the itinerary

Travel Insurance

Attendees should purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of an unforeseeable circumstance or illness that interferes with your ability to join this getaway.

We also recommend medical insurance to cover any emergencies during the trip. It is up to attendees to ensure the travel insurance includes the coverage they need/want.

Cancellation Policy

The trip will be confirmed once 10 bookings have been made. If the trip is not confirmed, you will receive a full refund.

Once the trip is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 70 days or more before the departure date will receive a full refund minus a $450 non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made between 69 and 31 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 31 days of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

If you fail to pay any installments on time, your booking will be canceled and any potential refund will be determined by this cancellation policy.
