So. Utah: Bellini’s at Babylon Arch

About This Event

February is a perfect time of year to wander up, down, and around striking sandstone formations. Wavy stripes, tiny grottos, and shady narrow washes mean a feast for the senses — which fits perfectly with our cocktail choice, the Bellini!

The double-arch Babylon Arch is just at a mile from the trail start, so we will also have time for an extra (and short) jaunt down to the Virgin River if we all choose. Bellini’s on the beach, perhaps?

CARPOOLING: Watch for an email from southernutah.whs@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination.

• Proper clothing / layers for fall weather and hiking conditions
• Proper footwear
• Water and trail snacks
• Something lightweight to sit on while we stop to eat and drink (i.e., a backpacking chair, rain jacket, plastic bag, etc.)
• Hiking poles (optional but recommended)
