THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Reservations are non-transferrable. No exceptions.
2. Cancellations prior to June 16, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund less a $99 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to July 16, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $99 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 15, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. Here is an example of one: https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/. It is up to attendees to make sure the coverage is what they need/want.
