THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Reservations are non-transferrable. No exceptions.
2. Cancellations prior to February 1, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund minus a $50 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to February 16, 2024, will be eligible for a 50% refund minus a $50 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 15, 2024. No exceptions.
3. Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. Here is one option: https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/. It is up to attendees to make sure the coverage is what they need/want.
