We have a strict cancellation policy. This is because of a few reasons. First, we split gear and count on having an even number of attendees so that gear (and, therefore, weight) can be evenly distributed. Second, we spend countless hours getting each attendee prepared for the trip. Finding a replacement and getting them up to speed takes a lot of time and work on our part.
Therefore, cancellations prior to June 15, 2023, will be eligible for a full refund less a $75 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to July 16, 2023, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 15, 2023. No exceptions.
Because of our strict cancellation policy, we STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance. Here is one option: https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/. (We do not work directly with this company. It is up to the attendees to ensure the policy provides the coverage needed / wanted.)
