NOTE: Reservations are non-transferable. Cancellations, for the tailgate portion of this event, prior to August 1, 2023, will be eligible for a full refund less a $5 convenience fee. Cancellations, for the tailgate portion of this event, prior to August 16, 2023, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $5 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 15, 2023.

There are no refunds or credits for $5 day hike reservation fees. Credits will only be issued should Wine Hiking Society cancel the event. Wine Hiking Society reserves the right to cancel this event due to weather or other concerns. Should this event be canceled, Wine Hiking Society will give participants a credit toward a future hike.

What Your $5 Goes Toward:

A. Give back to the community: 20% of all day hike fees are donated to a charity that supports/promotes women in the outdoors. 2023’s donation will go to MMIW-Utah (advocates for missing and murdered indigenous women).
B. Pay for website hosting and maintenance fees.
C. Buy-in / accountability of attendees.
D. Ambassador gifts for hosting and organizing events.
