SUMMARY:No. UT: Trailer Towing & Parking 101
DESCRIPTION:About This Event\nHave you thought about renting or buying a trailer for camping\, but the thought of towing it\, maintaining it\, and backing it up intimidates you? Or maybe you already own a trailer and would use it more if you felt more confident behind the wheel. If this sounds like you\, you aren’t alone. \nMost women were never taught how to tow a trailer\, which can make it feel overwhelming to even get started. That’s exactly why we created this class. \nJoin community service ambassador Alison Bond for Trailer Towing & Parking 101\, where you’ll learn the following: \n\nHow to connect & disconnect your trailer from your vehicle\nHow to back up your trailer\nWhat to do if your trailer starts fishtailing\nHow to deal with traffic and exiting the freeway\nHow to prep the inside for travel\nHow to winterize your trailer\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a supportive\, no-judgment space to build real skills and confidence\, so you can spend less time stressing and more time getting out there. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT TO BRING: We have spots for up to 4 people to bring their own trailers. Alison will have a trailer people can practice on.\nLOCATION LINK: \nCARPOOLING: Watch for an email from volunteering.whs@gmail.com about 5-7 days before the event for coordination. This email will include a link to join a private WhatsApp chat for carpool coordination and last-minute event updates. \n—
