DESCRIPTION:About This Event\nJoin your follow age 50+ wine hikers and WHS Ambassador Cynthia on this gorgeous hike. We’ll be skirting Clayton Peak but can sit and gaze at the beautiful view if some folks want to bag it. Once we’ve rested\, we’ll continue down into Brighton through a beautiful shaded trail that comes out at Dog Lake. We’ll end at the Brighton parking lot. \nThis event will take a bit of coordination with carpooling but is well worth the effort. The only difficult challenge on this trail is as we go over the saddle into Brighton\, BUT it’s a short rocky portion. It’s on the uphill\, which always feels more comfortable.
