Join Ambassador Sam Clowers for a short but steep climb up to Flag Rock in Farmington\, where we’ll greet the day with epic sunrise views and Old Glory waving proudly in the morning breeze. \nBring your headlamp\, your coffee\, and your sense of awe—this one’s a stunner. \n— \nIf you registered for the 2025 Hiking Challenge\, this counts as a sunrise hike! \n— \nTRAIL RATING: HARD (1\,381 feet of elevation gain) – To join this hard hike\, you should be able to average 40-minute miles. While we don’t leave anyone behind\, it is important to know your capabilities. That way\, you do not put yourself or anyone else in danger. If this hike isn’t for you\, no worries! We have lots of awesome hikes that are rated easy and moderate.
