DESCRIPTION:About This Event\nEscape to the crisp mountain air and towering pines of the Uintas for our exclusive VIP-only Stillwater Campout where rushing rivers\, golden sunsets\, and cozy campfire moments set the scene for an unforgettable weekend. \nWe’ll spend our days exploring scenic trails\, unwinding with wine back at camp\, and gathering around the fire as the stars light up the sky. \nOur Uintas Campout is designed for women who crave connection\, nature\, and a little mountain magic\, with just the right touch of comfort in the wild. \n— \n—-–—- \n  \nIncludes the following:\n12 \n\nCampsite with spectacular views\nPre-planned 4-day itinerary full of hikes\, games\, and sisterhood\nBrats and burgers with all the fixings\, salad\, & dessert the first night (vegan / vegetarian options available)\nTrail snacks each day\nGroup planning meeting on Zoom\n\n12 \nNot included:\n12 \n\nTransportation\nEntrance and parking fees at hiking locations\nMeals not mentioned in the section above\nCamping gear (we do have gear for rent\, though!)\nHiking gear\n\n  \nPLEASE NOTE: RVs over 20′ will not be permitted and RV spots are limited (extra fee will apply). Parking is limited\, so attendees are strongly encouraged to carpool. This campsite includes parking for 5 vehicles. Any additional vehicles will be charged $10 cash/check. \n12 \nDogs are welcome but must be kept on leash at all times\, while in the campground. \n  \nALCOHOL NOT INCLUDED \n— \nWhat to Expect after Reserving Your Spot\n \n\nAfter booking\, you will receive a confirmation email. E-mail us at admin@winehikingsociety.com!\nAround 45 days before the event\, you’ll receive important information\, such as our full itinerary\, our trip-specific packing checklist\, and an invitation to join a private WhatsApp chat with other attendees.\nAround 30 days before the event\, we’ll have a Zoom planning meeting to discuss gear sharing and carpooling.\n\n  \nNOTE: Reservations are non-transferable. Cancellations prior to June 1\, 2026\, will be eligible for a full refund less a $50 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to July 1\, 2026\, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $50 convenience fee. No refunds for cancellations after June 30\, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS. \nThe Women’s Wine Hiking Society reserves the right to change the location of this campout due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances (such as wildfires). \n—
