E-mail us at admin@winehikingsociety.com!\nApproximately 60 days before the event\, you will receive an additional email requesting you fill out our attendee information form. It’s important that you fill this out quickly so we can learn more about you!\nAround 45 days before the event\, you will be asked to join a private WhatsApp group chat with the other event attendees so carpools can be arranged (if desired) and for easier communication regarding any last minute items or updates.\nAround 30 days before the event\, you’ll receive important information\, such as the full itinerary and our trip-specific packing checklist.\n\n— \n\n\n\n\n–– \n— \n\n\n\n\nWeather Prediction\nIn early October\, daytime temperatures in Broken Bow become cooler and very pleasant\, averaging in the mid to high 70s. Overnight lows drop into the crisp low 50s\, making it perfect for evening campfires! \n— \nTravel Insurance\nAttendees should purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event unforeseeable circumstance or if an illness comes up that interfere with your ability to join this getaway. It is up to attendees to ensure the travel insurance includes the coverage they need/want. \n— \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy\nReservations are non-transferrable. Cancellations prior to August 1\, 2026\, will be eligible for a full refund less a $75 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to September 1\, 2026\, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 31\, 2026.
