What to Expect after Reserving Your Spot
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t see a confirmation? Check your junk folder. Not there either? E-mail us at [email protected]!
- Approximately 90 days before the event we’ll create a WhatsApp chat to discuss travel arrangements, talk about rental car sharing opportunities, and do attendee introductions.
- Approximately 60 days before the event, you will receive an additional email requesting you fill out our attendee information form. It’s important that you fill this out quickly so we can customize your swag bag and learn more about you!
- Around 30 days before the event, you’ll receive important information, such as the full itinerary and our trip-specific packing checklist.

Daytime temperatures average in mid 60s (19°C), with overnight lows dropping to the low 40s (4.44°C).

Travel Insurance
Attendees should purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of an unforeseeable circumstance or illness that interferes with your ability to join this getaway. It is up to attendees to ensure the travel insurance includes the coverage they need/want.

Reservations are non-transferrable. Cancellations prior to June 16, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund less a $99 convenience fee. Cancellations prior to July 16, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $99 convenience fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 15, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
